We visit your premises during the actual cleaning shift to observe cleaners at work and judge the end result after they have left. We also check the following inputs:

  • competence of site management
  • attendance records
  • training records
  • quality monitoring procedures
  • suitability of equipment and materials
  • housekeeping standards
  • periodic scheduling
  • appropriateness of the specification.

Audits are normally undertaken on behalf of the client. However some service providers see the benefit of having independent audits carried out as a gesture to their client or for marketing purposes.
